How do I know if my lost item is found?

If you have lost something and we find it, you will be contacted. Both via email and SMS.

How should I describe my item?

Make sure to describe your lost item in detail.

Example:

  • iPhone + brand + model + cover colour, etc.
  • T-shirt + size + print/logos, etc.

How will my lost item be returned to me?

You are welcome to collect your item when the ship returns to one of our ports or have it shipped to your home address.
