How do I know if my lost item is found?

If you have lost something and we find it, you will be contacted. Both via email and SMS.

Where can I collect my lost item?

All lost items from any Distortion location will be moved to our main office (Refshalevej 167A, 1432 Copenhagen K).

When can I collect my lost item?

If found, you can collect your item on the below dates and times.
Please note you cannot collect your item on the same day we find it.

  • Friday, June 6: 15.00 – 21.00
  • Saturday, June 7: 12.00 – 15.00
  • Sunday, June 8: 13.00 – 18.00
  • Monday-Thursday (June 9-12): 11.00 – 14.00
  • Monday–Thursday (June 16–19): 11.00 – 14.00
